RETURN, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Verify It Then Buy It provides customized business-deal review services rather than physical products. Because each review is prepared specifically for the customer and the submitted business opportunity, refunds depend on the stage of the service.

Before Payment

Submitting the Business Deal Review intake does not require payment. We may first review the submission for completeness and determine whether sufficient information is available to proceed. If we cannot proceed, no payment will be required.

After Payment but Before Analysis Begins

If you request cancellation before we have begun substantive analysis of your deal, please contact us at support@verifyitthenbuyit.com. If the review has not yet begun, we will generally cancel the service and refund the amount paid.

After Analysis Has Begun

Once substantive analysis of your submitted information and documents has begun, the service is customized to your specific business opportunity. At that stage, payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where Verify It Then Buy It is unable to provide the purchased service.

Assessment Results

A refund is not available solely because you disagree with the Deal Score, GO / CAUTION / NO-GO assessment, findings, observations, or recommendations. Our service provides an independent preliminary assessment based on the information and evidence available to us.

Incomplete or Inaccurate Information

The quality and completeness of the review depend on the information and documents supplied by the customer. If important information is missing, inconsistent, inaccurate, or cannot reasonably be verified, we may request additional information, limit the scope of the review, or explain the effect of those limitations in the final assessment.

If We Cannot Complete the Review

If Verify It Then Buy It determines after payment that we cannot reasonably provide the purchased review, we will contact you and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund of the amount paid.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Email support@verifyitthenbuyit.com and include your name, business/opportunity name, and the review purchased.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
